Amazing customer service

While making an order recently, I accidentally added 2 of the same color pen to my cart instead of 1 each of two similarly colored pens. I didn’t catch my mistake till after the order went through. I emailed right away to see if they could possibly fix the order, but because ArtSnacks shipping is always SO FAST, they didn’t have time to reply before my order was already on its way. When I heard back they said to keep the extra pen, but they would also send me the pen I meant to order. On the house. Even though it was my mistake. Artsnacks is a great small business with customer service that routinely goes above and beyond. I love this company!
