Interesting paper, new to me

This is the first time I've worked with this weight of paper, and it's been a little hard to get around the feeling that I have to have a special reason to use each sheet. Fortunately, an Artsnacks sale allowed me to try it without feeling each sheet was precious. Cost and learning curve considered, I'm enjoying working with the heavier paper. Absorbent, but it also has some resistance -- I guess that's the sizing -- which I like. I feel very engaged with the paper during the painting process. The weight instills the finished piece with a more substantial presence. I'll buy it again.
