These are SO GOOD

I reviewed this product when I got the sodalite one in a box. This time it just bought the new gamboge color, a nice clear vibrant yellow. One thing I hate about the yellows that always come in the halfpan sets I buy is that they're so cloudy/chalky/opaque they muck everything up. This one is not like that at all. Fine quality, expecting it to last for a long long time like the sodalite one still is, even though I use the heck out of it.

I love Daniel Smith watercolor sticks. Especially those that have pure mineral composition. I hope they make more colors!

I bought the sodalite one, a dark blue-black. I use it with a brush. It's outlasted three tins of half pans and I still have a third of it left despite very frequent use. Excellent for shadows.
