Sweet Toned paper Journal

This is a very good mixed media book and works with gouache as well as most drawing mediums!

Great Sketchbook

I am a watercolor obsessed nut case and I loooove trying new papers, paints and tools. I have been using gouache in this and it holds up great! The paper takes water well although I wouldn’t go to heavy with it. And it WILL buckle up on you but to solve that, use lots of clips to hold the page down. Then once dry you can stack some books on top and leave for a couple days. If you don’t want to wait you can use a clothes iron on very light heat and iron the BACK side of your painting. If you have to iron on top of the painting put another piece of thick paper on top. You don’t want the heat to touch your work directly. This sketchbook has been working great and I am about half way through it so far. I will be buying more because I really like the gray tone. I used gouache in it so I add in highlights and such at the end anyways.

Great skechbook

It is a nice size and the paper holds up well. I also like the grey tone it is a nice change from regular white paper or tan paper.
